Job summary

CoAd in Bradenton, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Billing team. You will support the monthly billing cycle, generate invoices in Salesforce Billing, and perform billing analysis to ensure data accuracy and revenue integrity.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Operations on reports, audits, and process improvements, while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of billing or revenue operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years using Salesforce CRM or a similar system.
• Minimum 2 years of auditing or billing validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, post, and distribute monthly customer invoices through Salesforce Billing.
• Audit invoices and research discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze invoice fluctuations and investigate unexpected billing variances.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Finance on reporting needs.
