• Manage World Class Revenue Cycle initiatives and support departments.
• Develop, monitor and communicate KPI dashboards to leadership.
• Oversee core revenue cycle systems and ensure proper utilization in the field.
• Lead process improvements, testing, and documentation for new systems.
• Collaborate with education teams to create training materials.
