Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and supervise the billing team for efficient revenue cycle operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Provide regular training to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Oversee invoicing, claims, payments, and accuracy of data.
• Review AR, manage collections, and monitor aging reports.
• Audit revenue cycle processes to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Prepare revenue cycle reports to identify trends and gaps.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to troubleshoot system issues.
