This full-time role requires 3+ years in revenue cycle, a high school diploma, and preferred CRCR certification. Epic and SSI Scrubber experience are a plus, with hybrid work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree preferred
• Certified Revenue Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
• Experience with SSI Claims Scrubber and Epic preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AdventHealth’s service standards through consistent behavior
• Collaborate with insurance payers to ensure accurate billing, collections, and denial resolution
• Analyze payer contracts for proper reimbursement and communicate findings to the team
• Follow up daily to meet productivity goals and escalate barriers as needed
• Respond to denials and billing issues with payer and patient communications
• Document all billing, denial, and collection activities
• Submit primary and secondary claims appropriately
• Process appeals, refunds, reinstatements, and claim rejections
• Maintain HIPAA compliance when handling account information
• Support training, audits, and performance feedback
• Take on additional departmental projects as assigned
• Maintain productivity with increasing workload
