Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center’s Manager Revenue Integrity will lead the Revenue Integrity department, ensuring data quality, compliance, and performance across the Revenue Cycle, including hospital and provider services.

You will drive charge master maintenance, analytics, reporting, and regulatory adherence, partnering with Finance and Managed Care to optimize pricing and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or five (5) years of relevant leadership experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ten (10) years of experience in Finance or Revenue Cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills required
• Advanced computer skills required
• Strong knowledge of health plan requirements
