Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager to lead charge capture activities across the organization from our Tampa, FL location. You will oversee CDM maintenance, billing accuracy, and provider compliance while partnering with finance, compliance, and IS to drive revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or healthcare administration.
• 10+ years of hospital/clinic revenue cycle experience focused on revenue integrity and compliance.
• 5+ years of hospital-based billing, coding, and charge capture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Integrity charge capture activities and ensure timely, accurate capture of chargeable procedures.
• Provide oversight of CDM setup, charge capture, and billing processes with audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, service lines, and departments on revenue management initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance and compliance.
