Job summary

Jackson Hospital seeks a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead the planning and implementation of charge master and revenue protection processes. Under the direction of the Business Office Director and AVP of Revenue Cycle, you will develop teams, delegate tasks, and coordinate projects and training for staff.

You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and drive revenue integrity initiatives across hospital and professional charges, leveraging your 5+ years of acute care

Qualifications

• 5+ years of acute care hospital experience with healthcare charge master, coder or healthcare accounting experience.
• Experience with department budgeting and staff development.
• Director-level experience preferred; willing to train strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Charge Description Master and charge capture initiatives and processes; drive revenue management and protection.
• Ensure services are compliant with Federal, State, private payer and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and implement functional area-based system applications; develop work teams and coordinate staff training and development.

The Manager of Revenue Integrity is responsible for the planning and implementation of functional area-based system applications, developing work teams, delegating tasks, and coordinating unit or departmental projects, workflow, training and development of staff, and assists in managing the departmental budget The

Revenue Integrity Manager Oversee Charge Description Master and charge capture initiatives and processes to ensure revenue management and revenue protection. Manager of Revenue Integrity is responsible for reviews and makes necessary changes regarding hospital and professional charges ensuring services are compliant with Federal, State, private payer and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• BS BA Degree
• At a minimum, 5 years of acute care hospital experience with healthcare charge master, healthcare coder or healthcare accounting experience in a US hospital
• Previous Director experience highly preferred; however, we are willing to train a candidate who meets all other requirements
