Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of relevant experience required.
8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Certified Coding credentials such as CCS, CPC, or RHIA/RHIT required.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day Revenue Integrity functions, including charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian activities, and Epic charging workflows.
Oversee Revenue Integrity staff and workflows to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely charge generation, billing readiness, reimbursement optimization, and revenue protection.
Partner with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, Information Services, and department leaders to implement regulatory and operational changes, resolve charging issues, and minimize revenue leakage.
