Job summary

This role drives denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian activities, and Epic charging workflows to protect revenue across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be desirable.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Revenue Integrity functions.
• Oversee charge capture, reconciliation, and chargemaster maintenance.
• Ensure charging compliance, denial prevention and resolution, and revenue protection.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, IS, and leaders to implement changes.
