Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead daily operations across charge capture, reconciliation, and chargemaster maintenance within Revenue Management. The role ensures accurate, compliant charge generation, billing readiness, and reimbursement optimization across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree may be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Revenue Integrity operations including charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, charging compliance, denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian activities, and Epic charging workflows.
• Oversee Revenue Integrity staff and workflows to ensure accurate, compliant charge generation, billing readiness, and revenue protection across the health system.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, IS, and department leaders to implement regulatory changes, resolve charging issues, minimize revenue leakage, and support revenue cycle performance.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Advanced degree desirable
