Cotiviti is seeking a Sr. Revenue Integrity Analyst in the United States to drive advanced revenue analysis, month-end controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will investigate leakage, support invoicing accuracy, and mentor junior analysts. The role emphasizes developing actionable reporting, partnering with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Engineering to correct issues, and improving data quality with Power BI and automation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/etc. or related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, healthcare payment integrity, or revenue cycle.
• Strong experience in revenue integrity, invoicing, and financial best practices.
• Own multistep month-end controls and resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; able to build reports in Power BI.
• Knowledge of healthcare payment integrity and billing cycles.
• Interpret client-specific invoicing logic and contractual requirements.
• Experience collaborating across Finance/Operations/Tech/Engineering and client teams.
• Excellent organization, written and client communication; mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own month-end revenue validation controls and close support schedules.
• Investigate missed, delayed, or misstated revenue using transactional data and contracts.
• Reconcile client self-billing files with data transformation and quality checks.
• Review invoicing accuracy, apply contract pricing, and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze period-over-period movement, inventory aging, and variances.
• Identify root causes and present corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Lead invoice-detail discussions with internal and external parties.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs with Power BI.
• Collaborate with Finance/Operations/Tech/Engineering to fix invoicing/revenue issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and standardize reconciliation approaches.
• Complete special projects and duties; adapt to changes.
