Job summary

Cotiviti in Idaho is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to own advanced revenue analysis and month-end controls, supporting invoicing accuracy, revenue application, and financial reporting across the business function.

You will investigate revenue leakage, manage reconciliations, and mentor junior analysts, partnering with Finance, Operations, Technology, and client teams to resolve issues and improve KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with strong finance foundations.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, healthcare payment integrity, or revenue cycle.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; ability to develop reports and insights in Power BI.
• Working knowledge of healthcare payment integrity, claims processing, and billing cycles.
• Ability to own multistep month-end controls and resolve complex discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end revenue validation controls, including reconciliation of outputs, exceptions, adjustments, open inventory, and close support schedules.
• Investigate missed, delayed, misstated, or incorrectly billed revenue using transactional data and contract terms.
• Oversee reconciliation of client self-billing files, data transformation, loading, and validation.
• Review invoicing accuracy and contract alignment; resolve discrepancies and fee paybacks.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, forecasts, and insights to monitor KPI and SLA performance.
