Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations to lead a team of 6–10 professionals, drive end-to-end revenue cycle processes, and support client delivery across healthcare payment integrity. You will optimize cash flow, manage invoicing and close cycles, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls and value realization.

The role requires CPA and 8+ years of leadership experience in finance or revenue cycle, with advanced Excel and BI tool expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, actuarial science, or business administration.
• 8+ years of direct people leadership experience in a finance, accounting, revenue cycle, or healthcare tech role.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience partnering directly with clients.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–10 employees and drive revenue, cost control, and SLA targets.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle, inventory management, and monthly close activities.
• Collaborate with Finance IT, Accounting, and Billing to execute revenue close and monthly invoicing.
• Perform quarterly revenue evaluations and analyze revenue data across sources.
• Mentor staff, manage conflicts, and ensure high client satisfaction.
