Qualifications

• Experience in EMR documentation and coding accuracy.
• Three years of E/M and/or surgical coding experience.
• Extensive knowledge of documentation, coding, and billing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of EMR documentation of patient encounters for coding accuracy.
• Prepare written reports of the audit findings to leadership.
• Develop educational materials and presentations for providers and coders.
