Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst I - Regional Based to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on analyzing billing edits, supporting charge capture, and partnering with clinical and coding teams to ensure accurate billing.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in revenue cycle or related field, a finance/healthcare degree, and strong Excel skills. This is an office-based role with potential hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field in lieu of experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing edits and charge capture issues; escalate complex findings.
• Prepare standard reports and dashboards on denial trends and revenue metrics.
• Assist with payer and internal audits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Compliance and CDM teams to monitor risk areas and implement billing corrections.
• Provide day-to-day analytic support for assigned service lines and engage with operational leaders.
