Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst I - Regional Based (IHMG) to support revenue integrity operations and collaborate with billing, coding, and compliance teams. The role focuses on analyzing billing edits, identifying charge capture issues, and delivering data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3 years of revenue cycle experience, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis and certification or progress toward one of the certifications listed below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field in lieu of experience and certifications
• AHIMA-CCS or AAPC-CPC or CMC or AHIMA-RHIT or AHIMA-RHIA in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data sets.
• Familiarity with Epic or other revenue cycle platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leaders, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Investigates billing edits and charge discrepancies to improve documentation and reduce denials.
• Supports charge capture reviews and implements improvement recommendations.
• Prepares reports and dashboards on denial trends and revenue indicators.
• Assists with payer and internal audits and corrective action plans.
• Collaborates with Compliance and CDM to monitor risk areas and implement billing corrections.
• Provides analytical support for assigned service lines and escalation pathways.
• Participates in meetings with operational leaders to review findings and opportunities.
