• AHIMA-CCS or AAPC-CPC or CMC or AHIMA-RHIT or AHIMA-RHIA in lieu of degree available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SME in revenue integrity and lead complex initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and partner with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor denial trends and net revenue.
• Lead charge capture improvements and payer strategy escalations.
• Ensure compliance and governance across departments.
