Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Revenue Integrity Analyst III to lead complex revenue cycle initiatives and provide expert analysis. You will mentor analysts, partner with cross-functional leaders, and drive enterprise-wide improvements to ensure compliant, optimized net revenue.

The ideal candidate has substantial revenue cycle experience, strong Epic and analytics skills, and a track record of delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, or healthcare financial analysis; or Ten (10) years in lieu of education/certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field; in lieu of experience/certifications.
AHIMA-CCS or AAPC-CPC or CMC or AHIMA-RHIT or AHIMA-RHIA in lieu of Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Leads high-level charge capture initiatives and payer strategy escalations.
Mentors junior analysts and partners with cross-functional leaders.
Ensures accurate billing, regulatory compliance and optimized net revenue performance.
Develops advanced dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor denial trends and revenue opportunities.
Performs cost-benefit analyses for revenue improvement proposals and policy changes.
Leads systemwide governance and compliance initiatives with Legal and CDM teams.
