Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst II - Ambulatory to join our corporate office in Oklahoma City. You will lead revenue integrity initiatives, analyze denial trends, and partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve documentation and charging practices.

The role requires deep knowledge of hospital billing, coding, and reimbursement, with experience in Epic and data visualization tools. Hybrid/remote flexibility is available with leadership approval.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis; OR eight (8) years in lieu of education and certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• Certifications such as AHIMA-CCS, AAPC-CPC, CMC, AHIMA-RHIT, AHIMA-RHIA may replace a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of hospital and physician billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Risk Analysis: analyze high-impact billing edits, recurring revenue discrepancies, and coding/documentation risks to identify trends and actions.
• Charge Capture Review: lead reviews; collaborate with departments to improve documentation, charging practices, and revenue accuracy.
• Data & Reporting: develop and present dashboards on denial trends, charge lag, missed charges, and net revenue performance.
• Financial Evaluation: perform cost-benefit analyses for revenue improvements and operational changes.
• Audit Support: participate in payer and internal audits; prepare documentation and support corrective actions.
• Compliance & CDM Collaboration: work with Compliance and CDM teams to monitor risks and implement billing corrections.
• Service Line Expertise: act as SME for assigned high-volume service lines with analytics and recommendations.
• Operational Leadership: lead quarterly reviews with leaders, presenting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
