Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Revenue Integrity Analyst I to analyze billing edits and support charge capture improvements across service lines. You will partner with operations, coding, and compliance to ensure accurate billing and reduce denials.

Office-based with potential hybrid/remote flexibility; strong data skills and Excel proficiency are essential as you prepare reports and participate in systemwide revenue improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in revenue cycle, billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• AHIMA-CCS or AAPC-CPC or CMC or AHIMA-RHIT or AHIMA-RHIA in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data sets.
• Familiarity with Epic or other revenue cycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Investigate billing edits, charge discrepancies, and documentation risks; escalate complex findings.
• Support charge capture reviews and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on denial trends, charge lag, missed charges, and other revenue indicators.
• Assist payer and internal audits with documentation and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Compliance and CDM teams to monitor risk areas and implement billing corrections.
• Provide day-to-day analytic support for assigned service lines and engage with leaders to discuss findings.
