Job summary

NBCUniversal Intl. is seeking a Director of Revenue Growth Platforms to lead product strategy for capabilities that support growing areas of its advertising business.

You will focus on lead generation, prospecting, and CRM-based workflows with a strong emphasis on Salesforce integrations and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to a senior director, you will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Data, and Technology to build scalable solutions that improve seller productivity and drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or related role supporting complex sales organizations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales tech ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Revenue Growth products across NBCUniversal's advertising business.
• Translate seller needs into opportunities and prioritize product opportunities.
• Own lead and prospecting lifecycle capabilities and integrations with CRM like Salesforce.
• Evaluate how lead generation, prospecting, and sales intelligence work with CRM to enable a connected seller experience.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Data, and Technology to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Build alignment across a matrixed organization and measure value of product investments.
