Tyson Foods, Inc. in Springdale, AR is seeking a Senior Manager to support Sales and BU teams.

You will propose and execute pricing strategies to optimize volume and margin, develop financial pro-formas, and collaborate with Category Pricing to ensure revenue aligns with fair market value. This role is 100% on-site at our Corporate Office in Springdale, Arkansas, with a 15% annual incentive and a 3.50% salary review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in a related field, preferably CPG.
• Advanced Excel; PowerPoint proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Travel 1–4 trips per year.
• Must reside in the US; no sponsorship offered.
• Resume required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2.
• Provide customer profitability and financial support for Foodservice customers.
• Ensure adherence to pricing strategies (customer and category).
• Lead execution of tactical initiatives.
• Customer and category P&L analysis to improve bottom line.
• Support pricing with cross-functional partners and budgeting processes.
• Assist in annual planning and long-term strategic processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to reflect costs in P&L.
