Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of financial analysis, business/p&l, and product management experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork across Sales, Operations, Finance.
• Ability to travel 4–12 domestic trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve growth volume, SOI, ROS, inventory targets.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize product mix and pricing.
• Provide financial analyses, forecasting, market insights, and portfolio recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and execute category strategy as directed by leadership.
