Legora, based in San Francisco, seeks a Director of Revenue to lead and scale a high-performing Account Executive team across Mid-Market or Enterprise segments on the West Coast.

You will own revenue strategy, coach AEs, navigate multi‑million‑dollar deals, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Executive Leadership to drive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales management in B2B SaaS with AEs handling complex sales cycles.
• 8+ years total B2B sales experience with quota attainment in high-growth environments.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, high-ACV deals ($100k+ ARR) and negotiating terms.

Responsabilités

• Lead, recruit, and retain a high-performing team of Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executives.
• Provide daily coaching across pipeline, discovery, negotiations, and closing.
• Own team revenue targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
