Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a senior Revenue Management leader to develop and execute the pricing strategy across its businesses. This role will own KPIs, oversee pricing procedures, and drive cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and regional sales and marketing teams.

The position emphasizes building capabilities within the pricing team, monitoring performance against plans, and recommending corrective strategies to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience
• High School Diploma with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute the revenue management strategy.
• Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate up-to-date pricing execution.
• Define and own the KPIs associated with accurate and timely pricing execution.
• Develop and maintain pricing procedures and policies.
• Conduct analysis to identify business building opportunities and make recommendations to leadership.
• Build strong working relationships with finance, IT and regional sales and marketing teams.
• Train and build capabilities of the pricing team and the commercial organization.
• Oversee the revenue management department including developing goals for the team and coaching.
• Monitor plan performance versus targets and budgets and adjust strategies as needed.
