This role partners with Operations and Marketing, owns CRM strategy, dashboards, and quarterly reviews, and coaches Settlement Officers to deliver measurable results while upholding client experience standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in title, settlement services, real estate, or commercial real estate.
• Experience leading multi-branch or multi-market teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a companywide sales strategy by market and line of business.
• Lead structured coaching sessions and performance cadences across branches.
• Own CRM strategy, dashboards, and data integrity to drive forecasting.
• Align sales with marketing to ensure revenue growth and brand consistency.
• Represent Eagle Title at industry events and manage key relationships.
