Job summary

Sage Title in Bel Air, MD seeks a Business Development Representative to conduct real estate settlements and market title services under supervision. This role focuses on building broker/lender relationships and expanding market share in the territory.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years sales experience in real estate, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel required; Notary preferred; knowledge of RESPA and industry compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: Self-starter with follow-through; Social Media Savvy; proficient with MS Office; RESPA and compliance knowledge; strong customer service, communication, organization and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, Real Estate brokerages, Realtors and lenders.
• Increase market share within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Sage Title and competitors’ products and services.
• Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with the sales plan.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Represent Sage Title in the market and at industry events.
• Offer real estate educational seminars for brokers and realtors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
