Otter Products is seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team in Fort Collins, CO, offering hybrid work or full remote options in the U.S. The role partners with Sales, Operations, and Finance to analyze data, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability across channels.

The ideal candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights, manage KPIs, and support forecasting and planning activities, leveraging Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, finance, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in sales analysis, BI, or market analysis.
• Experience turning complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excel proficiency required; Tableau/Power BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and interpret sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers; provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to evaluate performance of strategies and launches; translate findings into data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards; share insights with leadership and teams.
• Forecasting, PMR, and CPFR related analyses to support planning and replenishment.
• Assess market, consumer, and competitive data to inform go-to-market strategies.
