AllTrails is seeking a Growth Product & Business Analyst to inform our strategy and grow the business by proactively generating insights that identify new opportunities and improve core metrics. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to run in-depth analyses, design and assess experiments, and help scale features to boost conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in analytics, data science, finance, or quantitative domains for B2C.
• Experience with SQL and joining large datasets.
• Experience designing dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex business and user behavior problems to uncover actionable insights that move core metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to execute analyses and inform strategic decisions.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments and growth initiatives to optimize conversion and retention.
• Standardizing business performance reporting metrics based on key objectives and collaborating to drive measurement.
• Proactively monitor relevant KPIs and flag performance improvements early.
• Identify gaps in analytics infrastructure and recommend solutions.
