Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Lead Sales & Operations Reporting Analyst to partner with Revenue Operations leadership in turning sales data into actionable decisions. You will own analysis, forecasting, and narrative insights across segments, building executive-ready reporting and dashboards while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights.

Qualifications

4-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a Finance role.
Experience supporting a high-performing sales organization.
Strong experience with data, CRM data, and sales information.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as an ambassador for sales results and forecasting, building relationships across Revenue Operations, DSIG Finance, Systems Finance, and Sales teams.
Develop domain expertise in Sales data to support forecasting and sales performance processes.
Partner with Business Systems and use Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI to build reliable data lakes.
