Urban Air is hiring an entry-level Sales & Marketing coordinator in Tyler, TX. You will work under a Sr. level coordinator, executing local activities and engaging the community while growing in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, and local groups, qualify leads, and assist with bookings for events. 3 weeks vacation and health insurance are offered.

Competenze

• :Bachelor’s degree preferred; marketing/business background.
• :3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or revenue management.
• :Experience overseeing multiple locations or regional territories preferred.
• :Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• :Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• :Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
• :Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations.
• Qualify & follow up with ALL leads + support booking/confirmation of traditional smaller scale events; escalate large bookings to regional or director.
• Attend networking events to promote the park and generate new leads.
• Forward qualified leads to the Marketing & Sales Manager for support with closing.
• Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events.
• Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls.
• Execute local promotions and events as defined by the Marketing & Sales Management team.
• Maintain in-park signage and flyers.
• Assist with special events and in-park activations.
• Create and post short-form TikTok content under guidance to ensure brand consistency.
