Job summary

Urban Air in Katy, TX seeks a proactive coordinator to support sales and marketing efforts, focusing on local outreach and community engagement. You will work with a Sr. Level coordinator for mentorship while handling events, promotions, and signage in-park activities.

The role emphasizes building community partnerships, attending events, and creating short-form content to boost brand visibility. Prior related experience is valued, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or revenue management.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or regional territories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations.
• Qualify & follow up with ALL leads + support booking/confirmation of traditional smaller scale events; escalate large bookings as needed.
• Attend networking events to promote the park and generate new leads.
• Forward qualified leads to the Marketing & Sales Manager for support with closing.
• Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events.
• Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls.
• Execute local promotions and events as defined by the Marketing & Sales Management team.
• Maintain in-park signage and flyers.
• Assist with special events and in-park activations.
• Create and post short-form TikTok content following guidance from Revenue and Events manager.
