Job summary

Urban Air - Elevated Venture Group in New York is seeking an entry-level Sales and Marketing Coordinator. You will be paired with a Senior coordinator for mentorship and growth, while handling local activities and community engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The role blends sales and marketing duties, from outreach to schools and organizations to supporting bookings for events, field trips, and birthdays, with opportunities to create content and promotions under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or revenue management.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or regional territories preferred.
• Bilingual ability required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations.
• Qualify & follow up with leads and support bookings; escalate larger bookings when needed.
• Attend networking events to promote the park and generate new leads.
• Forward qualified leads to Marketing & Sales Manager for support with closing.
• Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events.
• Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls.
• Execute local promotions and events as defined by Marketing & Sales Management team.
• Maintain in-park signage and flyers.
• Assist with special events and in-park activations.
• Create and post short-form TikTok content following guidelines.
