Zusammenfassung

JustPark seeks a senior Enablement Lead to own onboarding for all US commercial roles and the North American marketing function. You will build ramp plans, certification standards, and a scalable coaching system to drive rapid productivity and credible product knowledge across a merged platform.

This role is remote in the US with regular Dallas travel. You will collaborate with team leads to design continuous training, create a self-serve library, and measure impact with Salesforce and Gong

Qualifikationen

• Experience building structured onboarding programs for multiple roles.
• Ability to design coaching systems and certification standards.
• Proven track record in product education and enablement across functions.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end onboarding for every US commercial role and build ramp plans.
• Lead in-person cohorts in Dallas when possible and ensure effective remote execution.
• Set and maintain certification bars and track ramp progress at 30/60/90 days.
• Create and refine the coaching framework, scorecards, and call-review standards.
