Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency and professional verbal and written communication.
• Prior experience in customer support, call center or inside sales.
• Capable of high-volume inbound and outbound calls with accuracy.
• Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in high-volume environments.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• HVAC, home services or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities
