Job summary

VELOX is a Boise-based digital marketing agency that blends business intelligence with creative design to drive online revenue for clients. The Advertising Designer will craft engaging promo assets across digital channels, aligning with brand guidelines and revenue goals.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Content, Development, and Client Services teams, manage end-to-end production, and push innovative design solutions in a fast-paced environment. Relocation to Boise is required if not local.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Advertising Designer or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of digital assets that are successful in the paid media world.
• Strong creative analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in an environment with a lot of stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Paid Media, Content, Development, Client Services, Leadership and Client teams in producing assets across multiple platforms (digital, paid media, webcast and graphic design)
• Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and generate new concepts based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research
• Own the creative process from design to execution on projects, both internal and external facing
• Maintain the visual aesthetic of each individual brand guideline
• Lead and manage projects ranging from simple design requests to managing complex ready materials
