Job summary

VELOX Media, based in Boise, Idaho, is hiring an AI Developer to design and implement intelligent systems that improve internal operations, client visibility, and cross-channel automation. This in-house role partners with product engineers, data strategists, and leadership to build proprietary tools leveraging NLP, predictive models, and performance data.

You will contribute to a platform-enabled growth engine by integrating AI into existing web platforms and expanding capabilities with scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, DS, or related field.
• 3+ years of applied AI/ML experience and production deployments.
• Experience with NLP, RAG, or LLMs and data pipelines.
• Background in deploying ML models and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy AI/ML models for client-facing and internal apps.
• Build tools for predictive analytics, NLP querying, and campaign automation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI into web platforms.
• Integrate AI solutions with PHP/Laravel backend and MySQL via REST APIs.
• Write clean, scalable code for inference, training, and testing environments.
• Monitor model performance and retrain or refine as needed.
• Stay ahead of LLMs, vector DBs, and open-source innovations.
• Contribute to VELOX's long-term AI strategy and roadmap.
