VELOX Media seeks an SEO Content Writer in Boise, ID to research and craft content that educates customers and shapes the brand. The role blends customer-centric writing with SEO know-how and creative strategy, and sits in our Downtown Boise office.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience across verticals, capable of building our content efforts from the ground up and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in writing.
• 3 years of writing experience for short-form web content in a marketing/advertising setting.
• 2 years of experience writing SEO-optimized content preferred.
• Clear understanding of tone and ability to adapt writing style quickly.
• Portfolio with diverse content across channels, showing thinking outside the box while meeting business goals.

Responsibilities

• Write strong short-form content and product descriptions from concepts.
• Create content that persuasively communicates marketing objectives to customers.
• Speak brand and marketing fluently and see the big picture for the team.
• Brainstorm with content team to generate ideas and concepts.
