Location is Denver, CO or remote in select cities. The Total compensation ranges from $94,000 to $124,000, with equity in addition to base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns.
• Experience in performance marketing or ad tech is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients from campaign launch through completion with a focus on driving campaign performance.
• Own end-to-end optimization of active campaigns to maximize ROI and incremental spend.
• Operate with a revenue-first mindset, tracking performance against goals and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to manage a yearly account quota.
• Provide data-driven insights and regular performance updates to clients.
