Job summary

Ibotta is seeking an Account Manager to join our Revenue team in a hybrid role based in Denver, CO or remote in select US cities. You will act as the primary client contact for campaigns from launch to completion, driving performance to meet revenue targets and optimize ROI.

You'll own end-to-end campaign optimization, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with partners to identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering impactful recaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Looker or similar data aggregation system preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (presentation required).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact from campaign launch through completion, driving performance to revenue goals.
• Own end-to-end optimization of active campaigns to maximize ROI and incremental spend.
• Operate with a revenue-first mindset, tracking performance against goals and seeking opportunities to close new revenue.
• Collaborate with Client Partner to own and carry a yearly account quota.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights and regular performance updates to clients.
