Med-Metrix is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Transformation Services – Patient Financial Services to drive end-to-end improvements in hospital billing, collections, and denials for health system clients.

The role requires deep revenue cycle expertise, leadership of assessments and implementations, and strong communication to manage multi-project initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations related to patient accounts (billing, insurance/self-pay collections, denial prevention).
• 7+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale Patient Financial Services strategic development and implementations.
• Certifications such as CHAA or CHAM a plus.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills; SQL, SPSS, Power BI a plus.
• Project leadership and workplan management experience for assessments in a consulting firm setting.

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle transformation initiatives for clients.
• Manage project plans and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Prepare reports and documentation to monitor, evaluate, and communicate initiative effectiveness.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a revenue cycle subject matter expert addressing client inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to align implementations with objectives.
• Monitor analytics and recommend corrective actions for denials and issues.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and team members.
• Develop scalable transition plans to sustain improvements.
• Improve assessment and implementation methodologies for revenue cycle.
• Evaluate current-state operations and blueprint the future state.
• Set realistic goals aligned with organizational objectives.
