Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Director, Transformation Services – Revenue Integrity to lead reimbursement optimization and process improvements for multiple health systems. You will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle transformation, drive audits of CDM/CGT, and coordinate coding reviews while improving data-driven decision making.

You will guide large, multi‑discipline teams, develop KPIs, and report results to clients and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations related to revenue integrity, coding, finance, or revenue cycle management.
• 7+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Experience leading large-scale Revenue Integrity strategic development and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of CDM/CGT and revenue integrity workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Integrity transformation initiatives to maximize efficiency of end-to-end revenue cycle operations for clients.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, and on-time deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to monitor and communicate progress.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to identify opportunities for quality and operational improvement.
• Serve as SME addressing client inquiries and guiding implementation methods.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to align results with department objectives.
• Monitor analytics for trends in denials and procedural issues.
• Establish scalable transition plans for sustainable improvements.
• Support development of assessment and implementation methodologies.
