Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to design, plan, and deliver training programs for clients and partners across our healthcare SaaS platforms.

You will create training materials, deliver sessions (synchronous and asynchronous), update resources, and collaborate with sales to craft engaging learning solutions while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality policies. Minimum 3 years in learning and development with content creation and proficiency in MS Office, Storyline, Camtasia, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' learning and development expertise with curriculum creation.
• Ability to plan and achieve goals using independent judgment.
• Experience updating training materials for policy changes.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for clients and partners.
• Create user guides, job aids, and visual training materials.
• Update materials including reference guides and online resources.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous training for Revenue Cycle Management apps.
• Facilitate training sessions for customers and partners.
• Provide feedback on learning progress to management.
• Use assessments data to identify and implement program improvements.
• Record and edit training sessions and upload to LMS.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design engaging learning solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
