Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to design, plan, and deliver training programs for clients and partners. You will create materials such as user guides and job aids, update resources, and deliver synchronous and asynchronous training for Revenue Cycle Management applications.

You will also drive continuous improvement using metrics and feedback, while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role requires 3+ years in learning and development, strong MS Office and content authoring

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' learning and development experience creating and delivering curricula
Ability to adapt training materials to policy/procedural changes
Strong MS Office, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with SaaS environments and healthcare data/EDI is a plus
Experience with LMS content uploading and e-learning formats

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for clients and partners
Create user guides, job aids, and visual training materials
Update reference guides and online resources in a timely manner
Deliver training for Revenue Cycle Management applications (end-to-end and new releases)
Lead training sessions for various audience sizes and provide progress feedback
Analyze assessments and surveys to improve programs
Record and upload training sessions and product updates to the LMS
Collaborate with sales to create engaging training solutions
Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements
