Job summary

Inovalon seeks a Training Specialist to design, plan, and deliver training programs that support client and partner success. You will create materials, maintain updates, and deliver end-to-end training for Revenue Cycle Management applications.

The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality as core requirements. Strong MS Office and LMS acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ learning and development experience creating and delivering educational curriculum and content.
• Ability to adapt training materials to reflect policy and procedure changes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) and familiarity with LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust training programs for clients and partners using diverse delivery methods.
• Create training materials including user guides and visual aids.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous training for Revenue Cycle Management applications.
• Record, edit, and upload training content to the LMS.
• Provide feedback on learner progress and incorporate assessments to improve programs.
