Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Training Specialist to design, plan, and deliver training programs for clients and partners. You will create engaging materials, update resources, and conduct both live and on-demand sessions for Revenue Cycle Management applications.

You will collaborate with sales and other teams, leveraging assessments and surveys to drive improvements while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of learning and development experience creating and delivering curricula.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute goals with independent judgment.
• Ability to adapt training materials to reflect policy and procedure changes.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Storyline and Camtasia.
• Familiarity with Healthcare EDI (ANSI X12, 835, 837) and HIPAA considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for clients and partners using multiple delivery methods.
• Create user guides, job aids, and visual training materials.
• Keep training materials up to date, including reference guides and online resources.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous training for Revenue Cycle Management applications.
• Lead customer and partner training sessions of various sizes and mentoring for sales teams.
• Provide feedback on learning progress and measure impact through assessments and surveys.
• Record and edit training sessions, upload content to the LMS, and manage e-learnings.
• Collaborate with teams to design engaging training solutions and ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
