Job summary

Inovalon is seeking an Instructional Designer to partner with subject matter experts to design and develop product training. You will maintain training standards for on-demand materials for customers, partners, and employees, selecting audience-appropriate methods to ensure high-quality training.

You will outline course concepts, develop CBTs, live sessions, and job aids, and collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content that improves retention and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 2+ years of content development or instructional design experience.
• Experience applying instructional design methods with adult learning theory to achieve learning goals.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Outline course concepts, define media, content delivery, assessments, and learning activities.
• Define training program schedules, estimates, and track tasks to management.
• Create instructional design for CBTs, live training, job aids, and visual aids to engage learners.
• Consult with stakeholders to develop engaging course content and activities.
• Ensure materials meet brand standards and evaluate curriculum for consistency.
