You will partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and accessibility of materials for staff and leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration, workflow diagram creation, and delivering polished content that supports organizational goals and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical writing experience in a professional setting.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent writing, grammar and spelling.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience using data visualization to convey ideas.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit policies, procedures, SOPs and training guides.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to define content objectives.
• Create and revise workflow diagrams documenting processes.
• Deliver cohesive content that engages the intended audience.
• Support annual revenue cycle strategic planning with documentation.
• Review all content annually with leadership.
• Work with providers, executives and staff to gather needs.
• Build relationships encouraging feedback and growth.
