Job summary

Meridian Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Team Lead Admin – Revenue Cycle to oversee revenue cycle operations under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This role provides leadership, training, and quality oversight across multiple revenue cycle functions.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 am–4 pm or 8 am–5 pm. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, prior leadership experience, and a commitment to accurate financial processes within a mission-driven health

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Medical office experience preferred.
Prior team leadership experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support revenue cycle staff; provide training as needed.
Respond to and resolve client and internal inquiries.
Monitor workflows, compliance, accuracy, and timeliness across revenue cycle functions.
Maintain and distribute required reports; assist with data tracking and performance goals.
Audit processes and ensure adherence to Meridian policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
