Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Services professional to deliver patient-facing services with a remote schedule and optional onsite trainings in Indiana. The role runs Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p, with home base near you, and requires ability to attend onsite trainings as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, financial counseling or payment solutions, cashiering and information release, with emphasis on customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of insurance and authorization experience strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Prior authorizations for statewide services.
